Our restaurant recommendation has to be The Corner Restaurant. It's just 2 minutes walk from the apartment on the main high street of Swanage. It boasts unbelievable food at realistic prices. Gary and Jane, the owners, together with Head Chef David Jones, have put together a menu that offers locally sourced fresh produce, for dishes made on the premises.
Upstairs is the main restaurant, decorated in a contemporary theme. Here Jane oversees the restaurant and staff with a friendly and relaxed attitude. A cosy cellar bar downstairs is Gary's domain, and the leather sofas and ambient mood provides a perfect setting for an aperitif, glass of wine or special cocktail. A very comprehensive wine list compliments the delicious menu.
