On confirmation of your booking, 50% of the full amount must be paid and this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The final amount is payable 4 weeks from arrival date and is also non-refundable.

As is customary with most holiday lettings, we insist on taking a damage deposit of £100, payable when any booking is confirmed. This will be offset against any damage caused to the property, including unblocking of toilets/drains from non-disposable materials such as nappies and sanitary wear, make up wipes etc and will be refunded following our inspection after guests have departed. Should the damage exceed the £100 deposit, quotations for repair/replacement will be obtained and submitted to the occupant for immediate payment. Please adhere to all notices displayed around the apartment, they are designed to benefit your stay and for others staying after you. This deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation prior to payment of the final amount outstanding.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture AT ANY TIME. Damage to carpets, paintwork or furniture caused by pets is subject to deduction from the damage deposit.

We would suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover any amount paid should cancellation be necessary.

The apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Key collection information will be given on receipt of final payment.

Waters-Edge Properties reserve the right to inspect the premises during any holiday let. We will give appropriate notice by telephone to arrange this. We will terminate any holiday let should there be evidence of 'disturbance' within the property, any illegal activity, extensive damage and vandalism to the property or public disorder offence involving the police. In this instance, there will be no refund of monies paid in lieu of accommodation.
